This Quincy’s Calling Recruitment Bonus Program empowers current residents to take an active role in growing their community by referring individuals and families who are interested in relocating to Adams County to live and work.

Quincy’s Calling Recruitment Bonus program is designed for residents of the Quincy area who assist in bringing individuals and families to live and work in Adams County. To qualify for the recruitment bonus, Adams County residents must fully complete Quincy’s Calling Lead Form. After the form is submitted, a member of the GREDF team will confirm the interest of the newcomer considering a move to Adams County. If the newcomer expresses interest, the Adams County resident who referred them will receive an acceptance letter detailing the incentive process. The individual or family has two years from the submission date of the Lead Form to relocate and begin working in Adams County. Once the newcomer relocates, the GREDF team will work with both the Adams County resident and the qualified participant to confirm the move. This program operates on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited to a capacity of 10 families.
